Full Time Kindergarten Teacher

London Christian Elementary School is welcoming applications for a kindergarten teaching position for the 2026-27 school year. 


If you are a qualified, motivated educator ready to share your gifts and talents in leading our youngest learners, we need to hear from you!


The ideal candidate will:

  • have an awareness of and be committed to Christ-centered education, as expressed in the LCES vision, values, and mission (see website).
  • be aware of and ready to support Teaching for Transformation as our way to frame all learning.
  • have proven competency in working with kindergarten
  • have familiarity with inquiry-based learning and an understanding and awareness of kindergarten best practices in Ontario.
  • be a collaborative educator, ready to work with our amazing team.
  • demonstrate a commitment to growth as a professional

Please note:

  • all are welcome to apply; preference for selection will be given to those who have completed formal training that is appropriate for the role. For a teacher, OCT and/or CSTC certification would be expected.

  • this is for an existing role.
  • annual compensation will be in the range of $48,000 to $86,000, depending on the education and experience of the candidate.
