Family Application Process
London Christian Elementary School accepts enrollment requests at any time during the year for all levels, from Kindergarten through Grade 8. We strive to provide a user-friendly enrollment process that keeps parents well informed about what our school offers.
Step 1
Schedule a visit. We look forward to meeting your family and learning more about your child(ren) and their educational needs. Your visit is a great opportunity to have your crucial first questions answered, talk with our staff, and see our school community in action.
Step 2
Take some time to explore our viewbooks to understand LCES’s mission, values, and vision. This will give you a clear picture of the Christian education your child(ren) will experience and how we partner with families to support their growth spiritually, academically, and socially.
Step 3
Complete the Entrance Application to give your family a chance to share information about your child(ren), including prior educational documents, such as report cards or IEPs, if available. This helps us understand how your child(ren) can thrive spiritually, academically, and socially as we consider their application.
Step 4
Acceptance and Deposit: School leadership will review your child(ren)’s application to confirm how we can best support your family. If approved, we’ll email you to request a non-refundable deposit to secure your child(ren)’s place at LCES.
Step 5
Complete the Enrollment Application, emailed in late spring. It includes tuition and payment forms that must be signed and returned to secure your child(ren)’s place at LCES. For the upcoming school year, it is due the first Monday in June, or, if applying mid-year, before your child(ren)’s first day of classes.
TUITION RATES & FINANCIAL INFORMATION
An expense decreases in value over time. An investment grows and multiplies, and a Christian education is one of the most meaningful investments you can make. It will bless your children, shape the values they carry through life, and ripple through future generations.
Our tuition is offered at a family rate. Tax-receiptable portions may also affect how tuition impacts your budget. We are happy to walk alongside your family and help you understand what this means for you.
Financial Aid
We understand that investing in Christian education is a significant commitment. At LCES, we desire to make Christian education accessible to families who feel called to our community. Our Bursary Fund offers financial aid to qualifying families based on demonstrated financial need and available funding. Applications are reviewed annually, and families are encouraged to apply early.

transportation
At London Christian Elementary School, we are privileged to offer busing service to families. The London Christian Joint Transportation Service is a partnership between London Christian Elementary and London Christian High School that provides safe, timely, and cost-effective transportation for families living in London and the surrounding areas. Buses, drivers, and routes are managed by Elgie Bus Lines in partnership with LCES and LCH.

We strongly encourage supporters of LCES to become members as this is the best way to stay informed and give ongoing support for staff, students and the school community. Being a member of the school society establishes a place in the community and demonstrates your commitment to Christian education in a tangible way.
Present and past parents, grandparents, graduates, and supporters of the school may become members of the LCES society for $100 per person.
INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS
LCES is a Christian school in London, Ontario, Canada. The school provides an excellent Christian education to students from Junior Kindergarten through Grade 8. All classes are taught from a Christian perspective in which children learn to love God and His world. For several years now we have been blessed by having families from around the world attend this school. We are pleased that you are considering Christian education for your child.
By enrolling students from a variety of cultures and countries, we believe we will enrich the LCES community and develop a global awareness for all our students, which celebrates the diversity of God's world. Children from around the world are invited to enroll at LCES.
